The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, September 21, tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will continue his meeting with Judge McMullen (Joe Lando). Ridge will get into more specifics about exactly what he wants the judge to do with respect to Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill’s (Don Diamont) custody case. Of course, Ridge wants to see to it that Katie wins and gets awarded full custody.
It sounds like Judge McMullen may balk a bit. He seems like an upstanding judge who can’t be bought or influenced, but Ridge will continue to make his case. He’ll implore the judge to come down on Katie’s side, and will state quite firmly that “I’m telling you I need your help with this.” Will the judge choose integrity, or will he grant Ridge this favor?
Meanwhile, Katie will be feeling more confident about her decision to seek full custody of Will (Finnegan George). She’ll maintain that Bill has only been an occasional father who has seen will on his terms only. She’ll want that to change, and she’ll want to be able to impose control and stability onto Will’s life. Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) will agree, and he’ll reveal a new tactic that he thinks they should use in the custody case. What will it be, and will Katie agree?
Next, on the new B&B episode on Friday, September 21, Justin (Aaron D. Spears) and Bill will discuss case strategy. They’ll look for any angle that could help them overcome the fact that Katie and Thorne are now engaged and can argue that they have the more stable home.
Justin will probably think that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is still their best option, if she can somehow convince Katie to drop the custody case. Justin will note that Brooke is risking a lot to help Bill with Katie, including keeping secrets from Ridge. But Bill will fire back that all marriages have secrets.
Speaking of Brooke and secrets, she’ll worry over her private meetings will Bill. Not only is she keeping the meetings secret from Ridge, which is a recipe for disaster, the last meeting resulted in Bill planting a kiss on her. But Brooke truly feels that she’s doing what’s in Will’s best interest by helping Bill, so look for it to continue.
