The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Hope (Annika Noelle) will prove key in helping Liam (Scott Clifton) handle his mental distress. As B&B viewers know, he’s been reeling for months.
Liam’s life changed dramatically the moment he accidentally found a paper in his wife’s open purse. Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) careless action in not only keeping the evidence of her paternity result, but also keeping it in an unsecured place preceded her reckless blabbing of unseemly information to numerous people who are connected to her and to her husband.
The idea that Steffy would reveal that she slept with Bill (Don Diamont) was incredible. Why in the name of Los Angeles would she have felt compelled to blurt out the truth? It generally isn’t advisable to lie, but in this instance she could have withheld Bill’s name from Liam’s mind.
Hope has increasingly revived her personal bond with Liam since he moved from the cliff house to a dingy hotel room, which is apparently in a nondescript part of town. Lope’s love was never fully cut, but also wasn’t a factor until Leffy’s current blowout happened.
In yet another amazing storyline turn, Bill was shot by a then unknown assailant. That event understandably allowed Liam to begin to repair the bond he had with his dad. While they hadn’t worked out their issues, Liam and Bill were talking again. Bill was impressed that Liam was there for him despite all that happened.
However, Hope felt it necessary to tell Liam that Bill had proposed to Steffy on the night he was shot. Liam was naturally stunned and confronted his dad. But what came next shocked all but the hardest of hardcore B&B fans.
Liam slightly bumped his head while he was on this way to the cliff house to have dinner with Steffy. It seemed as though the expectant parents were making slow progress toward reconciliation. But that head bump jarred what appear to be shocking memories from Liam’s memory.
He’s come to believe that he’d hit his head on the fated night in question, saw Bill propose to Steffy, trailed him back to his home and shot him. Liam just offered that admission to Bill, with Hope’s assistance.
The only woman who should be by his side during this entire mess is Steffy. But Hope has purposely injected herself into this scenario now Steffy knows the score. Noelle’s character told Liam that she still loves him. Considering that she’s the only person he trusts, and even including the forthcoming baby, it appears increasingly likely that Lope will challenge Leffy’s reign.
