The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and preview for the week of August 20-24 tease that Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam’s (Scott Clifton) wedding day will come with some surprises. For starters, Taylor’s (Hunter Tylo) visit will catch Liam off guard. She’ll insist on making one last plea for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam’s future. Taylor just won’t want Liam to give up on their precious family.
Liam will understand Taylor’s perspective, but he won’t be willing to back out of his marriage to Hope. Steffy made her decision crystal clear, so Liam will think he has to make his choice, too. He’s picking a life with Hope and their child, but Taylor won’t be happy about that. She’ll fume as she tries to support a distraught Steffy at the gathering.
Before the nuptials begin, Hope will gab with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Bridget (Ashley Jones), Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie (Heather Tom). They’ll all wish Hope the best of luck in her relationship with Liam. Hope will realize things are going to be complicated, but she’ll be willing to make it work. She loves Liam enough to deal with the obstacles that come their way.
After the Logan ladies share a group hug, it’ll be time for the ceremony to start. Hope will be both excited and nervous about what’s ahead. She’ll just hope they can actually become husband and wife this time! Liam will also have some pre-wedding jitters, but they should evaporate once he sees Hope in her gorgeous bridal gown. Once she approaches, Liam will be ready to kick off their new adventure.
The wedding will hit a slight hiccup when Steffy rises to her feet. Liam and Hope will look concerned at the front of the crowd. They’ll worry about Steffy’s next move, but everything should turn out OK in the end. Steffy might excuse herself to keep from crying or she could make an impromptu speech to wish them well. Either way, Liam will eventually kiss the bride and become a married man.
At the reception, Taylor and Brooke will have a fierce cake war. It’ll be infuriating for them, but hilarious for B&B fans. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the frosted fight will leave Hope and Steffy in shock. They’ll rush in and try to get a grip on their feuding moms.
