The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) will rue the day he kissed Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) goodbye. Swayed by Hope’s (Annika Noelle) pledge of love and idyllic aura, Liam drifts back to an old flame this week, April 23-27, in Los Angeles. Soon, his pregnant wife will realize that he’s not worth her time.
There’s no question about it. Liam was right to be destroyed by Dollar Still’s romp at the Forrester guest house a handful of months ago. But the child within Steffy’s womb should have pushed Liam to overcome his initial feelings. What just took place with Bill’s (Don Diamont) shooting also didn’t convince Clifton’s character to adjust his world view.
Given another new lease on life, what does Liam do? Repent, offer forgiveness to Steffy? No. Instead he keeps smooching with Hope, mimicking the actions of irresponsible high school boys across many decades.
Some people just can’t get love out of their hearts. That’s true for Steffy. If she was thinking clearly, this incredibly desirable and deeply impressive woman would see that Liam is not only rejecting her, he’s spitting in the face of his responsibilities as an expectant father.
What type of real man, or balanced mind walks away from the woman who he impregnated? A me, myself, and I loser, that’s who.
Liam was given a plush life, which included a cushy career and a free house by his father who, admittedly is no role model. Then, in addition Liam’s had not one, not two, but three women chasing after him within the last year. No wonder this guy feels so entitled.
As is often the case with human beings, regardless of their financial status, whenever someone has too much given to him (or her), that individual does not value anything, or values everything very little. Such is the case with this sorry excuse for a soon-to-be father.
Hey Little Lord Liam, you can have Hope! The two of you can swim in the pool and play tennis all day at her mommy’s estate. And by the way, that’s yet another free abode where you are being allowed to slum. And everyone sees that your on-again girlfriend has also given you a job. Oh yes, there is hope for the future!
Meanwhile, contrite Steffy will go through this pregnancy alone, except for those times when you grace her with your presence. Thank you so much Liam. What would the world be like without you?
