The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam’s (Scott Clifton) pledge to bring the person who shot his father to justice will be realized. He’ll use available clues and his trademark passion to get this soapy job done. Through these efforts Liam will also reconcile with Bill (Don Diamont) after he awakes, of course.
Healing wasn’t possible before the bullet went through Bill’s back. That does beg a question before we proceed to discuss Liam’s coming efforts. Considering the relative close range, the shooter must have been an amateur, because a strike at Bill’s head would have ended him.
And why didn’t the attempted killer move toward Dollar’s fallen body and plug him full of more lead to ensure B&B’s most hated man was conclusively put in the otherworld? This again implies that a non-professional was at work, as panic wouldn’t have invaded the mind of a paid killer. Though, this attempt at murder could have been done in order to frame someone. A bill will be sent to the Los Angeles authorities now that we’ve done some of their work for them.
Using the above clues, Liam will proceed on his quest to locate whoever it was that cut his father down in the prime of his life. Well, Bill’s a bit past his prime in his mid-50’s. But don’t tell other middle-aged people that.
Middle-age isn’t relative either. The breakdown is clear on B&B. People are living into their 80’s and 90’s these days, meaning that Bill’s early life was between being born and 30. Thirty through 60 represent his middle-aged years. After he lives through this attack and later crosses the six zero mark, he’ll become a senior.
It will be hard for Liam to consider that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is guilty. But he’ll look like a goner for awhile, even believing it could be possible himself. While the alcohol induced blackout clouded Wyatt’s memory, he’ll eventually be cleared of suspicion.
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will initially be blamed by Bill and therefore appear to be the leading suspect. But Marone will say that Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) did it.
The telling point where Miss Carter is concerned will be how she has and will parse her language. She may not have pulled the trigger, but did she hire, or coerce one of her former prison pals to do so? That’s the type of thinking that will help Liam make progress toward unearthing (hint) Bill’s attempted murderer.
