The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that a special guest is headed to the CBS soap. If you’ve been watching B&B for a while, you know the show often features contestants from Big Brother. They like to let former competitors take on exciting roles and throw in a little fun for fans.
According to EW, Marissa Jaret Winokur is the latest contestant to score a B&B popup. Winokur recently won the first edition of Celebrity Big Brother, but she’s ready for something a bit different on The Bold and the Beautiful. She’ll be playing a wedding planner on May 15, so that gives us some great clues about what’s to come.
For starters, that tells us that we’ll most likely see a beautiful wedding for May sweeps. Since Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) have already agreed to tie the knot, it looks like they’ll be the bride and groom at this event. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say they won’t let Bill (Don Diamont) or anyone else stand in their way.
Wyatt is determined to make Katie his wife and she’s certainly on board with that plan. They’re prepared to start a new chapter together, so Winokur’s character can help out with that. Katie and Wyatt will undoubtedly need a wedding planner to nail down all the details.
Of course, we can also draw some reasonable conclusions about how these nuptials will turn out. May sweeps plus a wedding tends to equal crazy drama! That’s especially true since Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) nuptials went according to plan. There’s pretty much no way B&B will give us two humdrum weddings in a row. The “Watie” ceremony is bound to bring some chaos.
To get another clue out of this, perhaps we should look at a current storyline. Liam (Scott Clifton) now remembers shooting Bill, so that juicy secret has to come out eventually. B&B tends to drag stuff out, which means they could easily hold off on this revelation until May sweeps.
Wyatt and Katie’s wedding would be the perfect time for someone like Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) to step forward and expose Liam’s guilt. Bill (Don Diamont) may not be able to protect him at that point. There’s even a chance that B&B will throw in a huge twist. After all, Liam hit his head and that may have altered his perception of what transpired that night.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam’s the shooter for now, but that doesn’t mean it’ll stick. Could Wyatt actually be the guilty party? It’d be a doozy of a way to shake up a wedding!
