The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) will soon be seen again in Los Angeles. Brown is believed to be filming B&B scenes according to Twitter buzz. Fans should expect to see Sheila in Los Angeles within six weeks, based on daytime’s advanced recording schedule.
Brown’s return to the show was a stunner last June. Sheila hadn’t been an active character since 2003. However, she did cross back over to Genoa City, on The Young and the Restless, in 2005. Miss Carter originally debuted on Y&R in 1990, then initially crossed over to B&B in 1992.
B&B viewers recall that Sheila suddenly appeared in Los Angeles late last spring, much to every character’s surprise as well as those within the audience. A superbly kept Hollywoodland secret allowed zero news to leak out about Brown’s return. That was remarkable within this social media age, where countless fans arm themselves with a mini-computers (smartphones) and act as self-appointed reporters.
Sheila quickly embedded herself within the Forrester’s lives, most especially Eric’s (John McCook). Resultant efforts to split her former husband from his current wife, Quinn (Rena Sofer), failed.
Sofer and Brown proved to have terrific on-screen chemistry, with Quinn surprisingly emerging as the victor, after which Sheila backed off. That raises an important question now; what will Sheila do next and to who?
As savvy soap fans know, Brown announced that she was running for public office last year. She was a featured speaker at the Republican National Convention in 2016 and is currently running as one of four candidates in California’s thirty-sixth Congressional District primary. The top two vote-getter’s in the June 5, 2018, primary will then move onto the November 6, 2018, general election.
Brown signed a one-year contract with B&B that’s set to expire at the same time that the primary election arrives. Brown and her daytime employer are surely considering this factor as the expiration of her current deal approaches.
Whether Brown remains with the cast will obviously depend on her political fortunes moving forward. But the current Congressman holds a significant political registration advantage. So Brown’s odds of winning appear long. However, she could always run again if the election doesn’t end in victory for her. All fans of Brown’s acting talent will vote Sheila on B&B.
