The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, May 23, tease that Liam’s (Scott Clifton) mood will shift again. He shared some sweet moments with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) at her ultrasound appointment, but that doesn’t change the situation. Liam still believes Steffy and Bill (Don Diamont) are together. He refuses to let himself be betrayed over and over by people he cares about.
On Wednesday, Steffy will beg Liam to see that she’s telling the truth. She’ll repeatedly assure Liam that nothing’s been going on behind his back. An unconvinced Liam will struggle to even be alone with Steffy at the cliff house. He’ll suggest that it’s hard for him since he knows Bill was just there.
Steffy won’t know how many ways she can say it. Liam is the only man in her life and she loves him. Steffy will wonder what it’s going to take to get that through Liam’s head. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say they’ll bicker about trust, but they’ll just keep spinning in circles. Liam isn’t willing to look deeper and discover that he’s so very wrong.
Over with Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks), they’ll also have a shouting match. Now that they know the truth about Bill’s scheme, they aren’t truly on the same page. As Wyatt’s guilt intensifies, Katie will work to keep his mouth shut. She’ll agree that Bill’s despicable for doing this, but she’ll think there are good reasons for Wyatt’s silence.
Katie will remind Wyatt that Liam and Hope (Annika Noelle) are happy now. She’ll suggest that they ended up together like they were supposed to. Katie will reiterate that Wyatt needs to think about his own future, too. This could be a real game-changer both personally and professionally. Besides, the last thing Wyatt wants to do is provoke Bill’s wrath. That’s exactly what he’ll do if he comes clean.
Katie will buy a little more time, but Wyatt won’t keep quiet forever. B&B spoilers say a wedding confession’s brewing next week. Until then, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) conflict will rev up. Their marriage could be in trouble if they can’t get a grip on this drama.
