The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of December 17-21 tease that some heated showdowns will get out of hand. For starters, Liam (Scott Clifton) will get caught in Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) conflict. He’ll try to play peacemaker, but the move will ultimately backfire.
Hope will feel like she’s not getting the support she deserves as Liam’s wife. She’ll call Liam out for siding with Steffy and wonder if he’d rather be with his ex instead. Unfortunately, the tension will get worse when Liam brings up Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) past in an argument. He’ll try to make Brooke and Hope see that Taylor’s (Hunter Tylo) not the only one who’s made mistakes.
Of course, the Logan ladies will be outraged. Taylor shot Bill (Don Diamont) and left him for dead, so they just won’t think it’s fair to compare Brooke’s ancient history with Taylor’s recent actions. Even now, Taylor’s still in a fragile mental state. Hope and Brooke will stand by their claims that Taylor is dangerous.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill will come clean to Brooke. He’ll talk about why he really decided to change, but it’s pretty clear already. Bill has admitted that Brooke is the reason, but it looks like he’ll dive deeper and confess that it’s the first step of his reunion plan. That’s been clear as well, but Bill may decide he’s done pretending he can respect the boundaries of Brooke’s marriage.
Later, Taylor will attack Brooke as usual. She’ll feel like Brooke and Hope are putting Steffy in an impossible situation. Taylor will rant about them backing Steffy into a corner and forcing her to choose between her mother and her daughter.
Brooke will fire back at her fierce foe, which will earn a lecture from Reese (Wayne Brady). He’ll insist that Brooke owes Taylor an apology, but she may not be willing to give one. Once the drama winds down, Reese will make Taylor a promise. He’ll indicate that he’s going to back Taylor up no matter what, so she should feel safe in his arms.
Back with Hope, she’ll force an ultimatum on Liam. B&B spoilers say he’ll have to make a tough choice about how he spends the holidays. Speaking of the holidays, Maya (Karla Mosley) will come home for Christmas this week. She’ll immediately clash with Zoe (Kiara Barnes), but the real news will be Maya’s relationship status. It turns out she’s split from Rick (Jacob Young), so she’ll deliver a shock.
