The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to share. First, let’s talk about J.T. (Thad Luckinbell). A new promo suggests J.T. could be alive but don’t be fooled. It’s a fake-out that’s meant to spice up the preview and generate some buzz.
Luckinbell has left the show, so don’t get your hopes up about J.T. actually rising from the grave. Instead, Sharon (Sharon Case) will simply imagine J.T. bursting through the dirt where they buried him. Despite the fact that it’s phony, it should be a fun scene! The Young and the Restless fans will definitely want to tune in for Sharon’s reaction.
It’s clear that Sharon and all the other characters involved in the cover-up are spooked. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) are managing to keep it together, but they’ll have to keep Sharon and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in line. That could be a tough task as guilt and pressure continue to build.
Victoria will get a shock when Mac (Kelly Kruger) returns to town. She’ll show up on Victoria’s doorstep this week, so expect some tense moments. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mac will want information on J.T.’s disappearance. She’ll seem angry about her kids’ missing father, but she might soften if Victoria admits she should’ve taken Mac’s advice.
Victoria could bring up the emotional and physical abuse she endured. She’ll definitely fill Mac in on Victor’s (Eric Braeden) attacks and the manhunt for J.T. Let’s hope Mac doesn’t get too suspicious! Victoria will definitely work hard to keep J.T.’s ex out of the loop on his death.
Tristan Lake Leabu will also exit as Reed on April 27. He’ll share some warm moments with friends and family members before he heads out. It’s a shame Reed has to leave right in the middle of the J.T. aftermath, but that’s the route Y&R’s taking. Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) won’t have a chance to reunite with Reed romantically, but maybe they can meet up for a sweet goodbye.
That’s all for this week’s comings and goings news. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details emerge. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.
