The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will find herself backed into a corner. Nothing is working out like Chelsea expected. She thought she could scam her way to some extra cash by stealing from Chelsea 2.0, but that plan’s falling apart. As a result, Chelsea’s relationship is also crumbling. She’ll feel the need to take drastic action as the chaos continues.
Chelsea is normally great at developing long-term strategies. As a con artist, she’s learned the tricks of the trade and knows how to play the game. However, Chelsea’s dealing with a different set of circumstances this time around. Y&R spoilers say there’s far more at stake than usual. Chelsea actually cares about Nick (Joshua Morrow), so she’s trying to keep her romance intact.
Nick and Chelsea have built a family together, but Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) paternity revelation could blow it all up. That could spark outrage from Victor (Eric Braeden) and put a target on Chelsea’s back. She’s fighting for the people she loves as well as trying to save her own bacon.
Since Chelsea’s whole world is in jeopardy, she’s starting to get sloppy. Chelsea’s letting her nerves get the best of her and people are starting to notice. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick are all suspicious at this point. It won’t be long until Chelsea’s forced to face the music.
In an effort to stop the bleeding, Chelsea will do something crazy. At first, Nick’s bound to think Chelsea’s lost her mind. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will pop the question! That’s right. Chelsea will ask Nick to marry her and we’re willing to bet she’ll want to rush the nuptials.
Perhaps Chelsea will push for quickie wedding so they can get out of town ASAP. She might think she can form a new plan on the honeymoon. Since Nick’s pretty gullible, Chelsea might even believe she can convince him to make their vacation permanent.
Bottom line, Chelsea will want to rope Nick into a commitment and figure the rest out later. She’s not thinking clearly. Chelsea’s desperation is driving her to try anything! Nick will undoubtedly be suspicious of Chelsea’s motives, but she’ll probably gush about her love for him. She could suggest she’s ready to start the next chapter together.
Will Nick get on board with the idea? Regardless, Chelsea and Nick’s union obviously isn’t meant to be!
