The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease the week ahead will reignite a serious war. Y&R fans know that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Victor (Eric Braeden) can’t seem to keep the peace. That’s because one of them’s always doing something to spark more conflict. They can never avoid a fight for very long.
Hostility will once again erupt between Victor and Jack soon, so expect some shocking moments. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that insults will be hurled and threats will be delivered. This showdown is sure to get nasty! Perhaps the trouble will start over Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson).
Victoria and Jack worked on a scheme to get Ashley tossed out at Newman. You can bet that Victor will have a thing or two to say about that. He’ll be livid over the fact that his own daughter was used against him. There’s nothing that gets Victor more riled up than disloyalty.
Victor may lash out at Jack for contributing to Victoria’s betrayal. He’ll disapprove of the way Jack treated Ashley as well. Victor might point out that he respects Ashley far more than Jack does. He’ll know that Jack really screwed up if Ashley was willing to walk away from her family’s company.
Naturally, Jack will fly into a rage. His hatred for Victor will be on full display! The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that there could be another source of contention. Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) hookups with Arturo (Jason Canela) will be exposed soon, so Victor may find out what’s been going on.
Although Victor and Nikki have an arrangement, he’s not going to be happy. Victor may rip into his wife, which could set Jack off. There’s definitely some love left between Jack and Nikki. Their romance has ended, but their friendship remains strong. If Jack catches Victor badmouthing her, he may go into protective mode and suggest that Nikki’s in the right.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say this confrontation will nearly turn physical, but it looks like Arturo will be there to hold Jack back. However, this lays some excellent groundwork for the upcoming assault. A leaked script shows that during May sweeps, Victor will be the victim of a brutal attack. Jack will likely be accused of the crime, so they’re already setting it all up.
