The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Kyle (Michael Mealor) will continue to flirt and have fun with Lola (Sasha Calle). Lola’s a breath of fresh air for Kyle, and she doesn’t come with all the history and baggage that Summer (Hunter King) does. Plus, Lola’s carefree, straightforward, and doesn’t seem to meddle in other people’s lives.
But one has to wonder whether perhaps Lola is too dissimilar from Kyle for a relationship between them to work long-term. Lola seems like a really good person at heart who wouldn’t deceive or sabotage anyone, and Kyle…well…has issues in that department.
Even though Kyle broke off his friendship with Summer because of her self-serving behavior, he’s behaved just as badly as Summer in the past. Kyle wants nothing more than top executive spot at Jabot. Toward that end, he deliberately used Billy’s (Jason Thompson) gambling weakness against him and set into motion a series of events that eventually removed Billy as CEO.
Plus, Kyle willingly participated in that bet with Summer about whether Summer could get Billy into bed by a certain date. It was really distasteful, and Kyle wasn’t above cheating to win the bet when he told Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) that Summer was heading to Philadelphia to seduce Billy.
All of this points to some issues of character with Kyle, and that makes one wonder whether he’ll really be able to let Summer go and focus on a new, pure relationship with Lola. In fact, it looks like Kyle will predictably be drawn back to Summer soon. Y&R spoilers say that Kyle will find himself torn between Lola and Summer.
And Summer may find herself drawn back toward Kyle. Y&R spoilers indicate that Summer will soon be feeling jealous when she spots Lola planting a big kiss on Kyle. How long before Summer steps up the heat on Kyle just to prove that she can win his affections over newcomer Lola?
It looks like Kyle will ind himself between the two women, with the promise of a new relationship with Lola or sticking with his lingering feelings toward Summer. Who do you think he’ll choose?
