The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Michael Mealor will make his debut during the week of March 26-30. He’ll be taking over the part of Kyle Abbott, so Y&R should give him some solid material right away. There’s a good chance Kyle will get involved in some corporate drama. That could lead to a ruthless war with a fired-up family member.
Abby (Melissa Ordway) has shown some real spunk since she returned from her extended trip to Paris. She’s never been one to shy away from a confrontation, but her fierce side is really revving up. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that trend will continue in the coming weeks, so Kyle had better watch out!
Abby hasn’t been afraid to stand up to Victor (Eric Braeden), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) or anyone else who tries to hurt Ashley (Eileen Davidson). She may feel the need to protect other loved ones soon enough. Kyle’s been out of the picture for a while, so he doesn’t have any kind of bond with Dina (Marla Adams). He may try to make the most of the Abbott clan’s biggest distraction.
Ashley has made it clear that she has no intention of coming back to Jabot. She may change her mind later, but Jack will have to get by without her for now. He’ll have a lot on his plate as Dina’s condition worsens. If Kyle swoops in and tries to take over, Abby may take it as an attack on Jack and Dina.
Abby isn’t too pleased with Jack at the moment, but that doesn’t mean she’ll let Kyle take advantage of the situation. She could rip into him if he starts making power plays. Abby will undoubtedly want Kyle to have some respect for what Dina’s dealing with. Y&R could give us some heated confrontations and vicious threats.
Bottom line, it seems doubtful that Kyle and Abby will be able to get along. The Young and the Restless loves family wars, so Abby versus Kyle could be the next major battle.
