The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update and recap for Monday, December 3, tease that Devon (Bryton James) will be heartbroken over Shauna’s (Camryn Hamm) departure. He’ll beg her to stay and let him provide the life Hilary (Mishael Morgan) wanted for her. Shauna will insist that she had a great time with her family over Thanksgiving. She’ll really think this is the right call, but Devon will still struggle.
Cane (Daniel Goddard) will encourage Devon to see that this is for the best, but Devon will feel like Hilary’s memory is being erased. He’ll hate that he won’t be able to honor Hilary’s wishes. Cane will argue that Devon can’t live for Hilary forever. Sooner or later, Devon will have to learn to live for himself.
Shauna and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) will agree to a long-distance relationship before they say their goodbyes. She’ll reconvene with Devon and express her gratitude for everything he’s done. The Young and the Restless spoilers say they’ll share an emotional goodbye hug, so stay tuned for some sweet scenes.
At the athletic club, Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) will make a comeback. He’ll surprise Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) with his arrival. Next, Fen will drop a career bomb. He’s ditching law school to follow his passion, which happens to be music. Fen will hope he can get signed at Devon’s music label and move back in with his parents for a while.
At Crimson Lights, Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) will have a chat with Sharon (Sharon Case). They’ll discuss Mia’s (Noemi Gonzalez) party, which is set to happen soon. Sharon won’t be sure if she’s going or not. Nearby, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will notice the obvious sexual tension.
Once Sharon joins them, they’ll talk her into attending the gathering for the sake of schmoozing Rey’s wife. It could be good since the J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) investigation is ongoing. At the party, Mia will take digs are her least favorite GC residents. She’ll suggest a makeover for Sharon and take jabs about Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) sex life with Arturo (Jason Canela).
Lola (Sasha Calle), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Esther (Kate Linder) and Lauren will also be on hand for this shindig. Mia will do her best to score a partnership with Jabot. She’ll talk to Lauren about it, but Sharon will end up in the middle of it. Y&R spoilers say Sharon will get snappy and ultimately leave in a huff.
Back in the coffeehouse, Sharon will run into Rey. She’ll admit the party didn’t go very well. Sharon will suggest that she can’t be pals with Mia, but she’ll understand that Rey’s working on his marriage. Rey will confess that he isn’t sleeping with Mia yet. He’ll hint that maybe it’s because he imagines Mia in bed with Arturo – or maybe it’s because imagines himself in bed with somebody else.
Sharon and Rey will lean in, but they’ll be interrupted before they can lock lips again. Mia will show up and promptly drag Rey away from the competition. Over with Nikki, she’ll get an alarming phone call. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki will cry out in shock. She’ll tell Victoria that the Newman stables are on fire, so they’ll need to get to the ranch ASAP.
