The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will get hit with some terrible news. The truth about Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) paternity will come out next week, but we’re talking about a more pressing shocker. Nick’s world is turned upside down when he hears about Sharon’s (Sharon Case) grave injuries.
Sharon’s doctor will reveal that she’s in a coma. Due to the severity of the blow, the doc will worry that Sharon isn’t going to wake up. Once Nick’s in the loop, some somber thoughts will immediately run through his mind. He’ll barely know how to process this shocking development.
Nick will definitely be concerned about his kids. If Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and Noah (Robert Adamson) never got a chance to speak with their mother again, it would be absolutely devastating. Nick will obviously express sympathy for Mariah (Camryn Grimes) as well. He won’t want her to feel like she has to go through this alone.
It couldn’t hurt for Sharon to have a little support group right now. Whether she can feel their presence or not, it’s worth a shot. Sharon will have to summon some inner strength to get through this. Since the doctors won’t be able to do much, Sharon’s recovery may be up to her.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say this ordeal could mark a turning point for Nick. His friendship with Sharon means a lot to him. They’ve faced their fair share of ups and downs, but they always return to a place of peace.
Nick may start to realize that he loves Sharon as more than a pal and ex. He might determine that he still has strong feelings for her. Of course, the situation will be complicated for now. Sharon’s out of it and Nick’s still engaged to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan).
However, big changes are brewing on Y&R. Once Sharon awakens and Chelsea’s lies are exposed, it could kick off the inevitable “Shick” reunion. Sharon’s coma could be where it all begins! The Young and the Restless fans won’t want to miss the rest of Sharon and Nick’s love story.
