The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, February 8, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will be irked by J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbell) news. He’ll rant about J.T. taking a job at Newman, but he’ll agree to let him out of the Chancellor contract. However, Cane will warn that he’s done providing help. If J.T. needs anything in the future, he’ll have to look elsewhere.
Later, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will be at odds over a photoshoot. They’ll make pictures to introduce some new positions and do some solid PR. Afterward, Lily (Christel Khalil) will overhear Ashley’s dirty move. Ash won’t want Victoria’s shots to be published, so she’ll make that clear to Devon (Bryton James).
Back with J.T. and Victoria, he’ll thrill her with an infinity necklace on what would’ve been their wedding anniversary. When Lily comes home, Cane will be in a romantic mood as well. He’ll think they should plan on renewing their vows this Valentine’s Day. Lily will quickly get on board with the idea.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick (Joshua Morrow) will share his concerns with Sharon (Sharon Case). He’ll wonder if Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) could be guilty of stealing from her own company. Sharon will push Nick to trust his instincts, so he’ll continue to ponder how he feels.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will blast Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) for sending threatening texts. Phyllis will insist that she has no idea what Chelsea’s talking about. She didn’t send any messages. Later, Phyllis will fill Billy (Jason Thompson) in on the mysterious texts and the panic they caused. She’ll think Chelsea’s fear proves she’s guilty.
Chelsea will eventually stop by Crimson Lights to vent. She’ll tell Sharon that Phyllis is trying to turn Nick against her. Sharon will point out that Chelsea could try to prove her innocence, but Chelsea won’t think that’s necessary. She’ll argue that she doesn’t have to prove herself to Nick.
Sharon will note that as long as Chelsea has nothing to hide, she’ll be just fine. At home, Chelsea and Nick will make dinner plans. She’ll offer reassurance to Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) once they’re alone. Chelsea will promise that she’s making all the necessary preparations. She’ll hope to stop Victor (Eric Braeden) from coming after her if the paternity bomb drops.
Once Chelsea gets a text saying it’ll all be over soon, Y&R spoilers state that she’ll head back to the columbarium. Chelsea will be stunned when she spots a flower and hears rustling behind her. She’ll turn around and gape in shock.
