The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, January 25, tease that Lily (Christel Khalil) will step up to care for Sam. After the nanny takes a sick day, Lily will be on her own with the baby. Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will find Lily struggling to calm Sam when she stops by. She’ll pitch in and urge Lily to cut herself some slack.
Lily still sees Sam as a painful reminder of Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) betrayal. She’s having a hard time finding love in her heart, but Hilary will think things will get better in time. Across town, J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) will grow frustrated with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Her mind will only be focused on work, so he’ll leave for his own job in a huff.
After getting some advice from Cane, J.T. will return later with an apology. He’ll be sorry he slammed the door and got so annoyed. Victoria will give J.T. her undivided attention and they’ll eventually share a slow dance.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say the arbitrator will deliver a ruling. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will be bummed when her lawyer returns with bad news. Jack (Peter Bergman) won the case, so Ashley’s out of luck. After a brief celebration, Jack will assure Ashley that he still wants her at Jabot. He’ll hate that their battle got nasty, but he’ll believe she’s a valuable employee.
Ashley will refuse to put up with any more of this. She’ll resign from the company and announce that she’s done with Jack. Their latest war has obviously caused a huge rift. Meanwhile, Hilary will try to figure out what Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) hiding. She’ll do her best to get to the bottom of it, but Mariah will shut down the conversation.
When Hilary gets a call about selling GC Buzz, Mariah will be taken aback. Y&R spoilers say Hilary will offer an explanation. She’ll note that she has to do whatever it takes to give her baby a bright future. In addition to funding fertility treatments, Hilary needs financial security to raise her kid.
Across town, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will beg Noah (Robert Adamson) to let all the Mariah drama go. He’ll still feel like Mariah’s the problem here. Despite Tessa’s efforts to stop him, Noah will track down Mariah for a confrontation. He’ll encourage his sister to drop her complaints and let Tessa’s song be released.
Mariah will point out that Tessa confessed to her. She’ll maintain that her private journal entries were stolen. When Noah wants to see the evidence, Mariah will protest. She’ll plead with Noah to just trust her on this, but he’ll demand solid proof.
After Mariah hands over her journal, Noah will read about the San Francisco kiss. He’ll be filled with rage over their betrayal. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Noah will stomp off, presumably to confront Tessa. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details emerge.
