The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 30, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will fume over Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) revelation. At Newman Enterprises, Ashley will point out that she’s joined the team. She’ll note that Victor (Eric Braeden) believes she’ll be a huge asset.
Victoria will disagree, but that won’t matter to Ashley. Y&R spoilers say Ash will mention the upcoming changes at Brash and Sassy. As Victoria’s anger grows, she’ll storm out and head back home. When Victoria meets up with J.T. (Thad Luckinbell), she’ll gripe about Victor’s new hire. J.T. will suggest that Vic is nothing but a manipulator.
Afterward, Victor will arrive for a private chat with Victoria. She’ll rip into him before announcing her plans to check on Abby (Melissa Ordway) in Paris. Victoria just won’t want to be around Ashley right now.
Meanwhile, Ashley will call Abby to share her big news. She’ll hope Abby can be an ally against Victoria. At Top of the Tower, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will show up for a work lunch with Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Since Noah’s (Robert Adamson) in charge there, Mariah will be on edge.
When Mariah runs into Noah, she’ll offer an apology for everything that happened with Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). Noah will snap that if Mariah wants to be with her, Tessa is now single. It’s clear that Noah needs time to heal and let go of his anger.
Later, Tessa and Mariah will bump into each other at the coffeehouse. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mariah won’t budge on forgiveness. She’ll contend that there’s no chance for any kind of relationship between them. Over with Hilary, Devon (Bryton James) will make another pitch. He’ll offer to keep her current staff if Hilary sells GC Buzz back to him.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick (Joshua Morrow) will grill Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) about the cash he found. He’ll believe Adam (Justin Hartley) hid it and Chelsea will go along with the idea. However, Chelsea won’t want Nick to smear Adam’s name. She’ll object when Nick suggests the money’s stolen.
Nick will contact the cops, but the serial numbers will check out as legit. Once he fills Chelsea in, she’ll think they should put some away for the boys’ future and donate to Nick’s charity. Of course, all of this seems pretty fishy. Chelsea’s keeping a few secrets from Nick, so stay tuned for all the drama.
