The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, June 26, tease that more trouble’s brewing for Victor (Eric Braeden). In the Chancellor Park garden, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will seem nervous as she poses for publicity photos. Victor will pick up on her anxiety, but she’ll stay tight-lipped about J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbill) burial. Instead, Nikki will blame her concern on Victor’s health issues.
After promising Nikki that he’s fine, Victor will defend his need to be at Newman. Y&R spoilers say Nikki will eventually bring up Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen). She’ll wonder if Victor’s really up to caring for a rambunctious little boy. Nikki will add that Christian’s already missing Nick (Joshua Morrow), but their conversation will be interrupted.
Neil (Kristoff St. John) will pass along an urgent message regarding a new expose. He’ll warn that more medical info is about to come out. Later, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will face a total nightmare. Thanks to the published article, three major clients will be prepared to back out of deals. Due to his condition, they won’t think Victor’s actually in charge of the company anymore.
Victor will vow to fix this before it’s too late. He’ll hope he can undo what he believes is J.T.’s damage. Meanwhile, Kyle (Michael Mealor) will offer some ideas to Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). They won’t like Kyle’s proposal, but Summer (Hunter King) will arrive to turn things around. She’ll give a convincing speech and win “Philly” over.
Kyle will be a bit irked at first, but he’ll ultimately realize this worked out well for both of them. He’ll ask why Billy was so quick to get on board with Summer’s plans, but she’ll just change the subject. After Summer suggests going to the closed roof deck, they’ll head over for some skinny dipping. Kyle and Summer will face some unexpected arrivals once they’re naked.
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will show up to search for missing notes. They’ll be stunned to see Summer and Kyle in their birthday suits. As they argue about what to do next, Summer will note that they sound like an old married couple. That’ll prompt Kyle to drop a hint about Tessa and Mariah’s previous connection.
Once Summer figures it out, she’ll do a little teasing and face backlash from Kyle later. However, they’ll ultimately reach an understanding. Kyle will promise that he’s not Summer’s adversary, so it looks like they’re on their way to becoming friends again.
Over with Phyllis, she’ll learn Billy bought a yacht to do business on. Phyllis will don a captain’s uniform and push her sailor to come upstairs for cards. After a game of strip poker, Billy and Phyllis will have some steamy sex. He’ll be pleased she was OK with the yacht decision. Phyllis’ support means a lot, so she’ll point out that Billy can always tell her anything.
Of course, Billy still won’t be coming clean about his recent poker game with Summer. He’ll dig an even deeper hole for himself soon, so stay tuned.
