The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that a shocking showdown could be in the works. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is currently fighting for her life in the hospital, but she’ll get through this battle eventually. She’ll live to fight another one as the cover-up crew’s threat lingers. Someone clearly wants to make both Victor (Eric Braeden) and the girls’ night gang suffer.
The Newman stables burned to the ground and startling proof was planted against Victor. That proof included a gun with Victor’s fingerprints on it and J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbill) bloody shirt. Nikki also found J.T.’s clothes in her bed and we can’t forget that his body’s missing. The easiest explanation for all that is for J.T. to still be alive. It’d be a convenient way to get the mischievous posse off the hook, too.
If J.T. survived that blow to the head and somehow crawled out of that hole, he’ll have to make an appearance at some point. This could all be building to that stunning moment. Of course, Victor is returning to The Young and the Restless on Christmas Eve. It looks like he’ll kick things off in Nikki’s dream, but it won’t be long until he’s back in the flesh.
What will happen once Victor finally shows up in Genoa City? Several characters have been anxiously awaiting his arrival, but they’ve got different reasons. Victor’s family has been unbelievably worried about him, so they’ll be relieved when he surfaces. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), on the other hand, only cares about justice. He’ll be eager to lock Victor up and throw away the key.
However, Rey may not be able to make an arrest yet. Even if he does, soap characters are notorious for slipping out of jail. Victor might try to take the fall for Nikki if he finds out or already knows about her actions, but he can’t let the threat continue. You can bet Victor would step up to protect his family in such a dire situation.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the conclusion of the J.T. saga will come in the new year. Will Victor come face to face with J.T. once again? Could an armed confrontation between the two of them end with J.T.’s actual death? That’s certainly one possible Y&R outcome.
Then again, Rey could arrive just in time and haul J.T. off for his punishment. One way or another, J.T.’s reign of terror has to end! We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in.
