The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Forced to Take Blame for J.T.’s Death – Nikki Delivers Courtroom Shocker

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will face a major bombshell next week, May 28 – June 1. She’ll be blindsided in a big way, so Y&R buzz is this could involve the J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) investigation. After all, things will have to start heating up soon.

In June, Brittany (Lauren Woodland) will head back to Genoa City to work on a high-profile case. Mac (Kelly Kruger) will also return for the drama surrounding her dead ex. Since June is rapidly approaching, Y&R will need to kick this plot in gear. Perhaps Paul (Doug Davidson) will stun Victoria with new evidence before long.

It’s possible that a clue will point to the garden in Chancellor Park. The cops may have reason to believe J.T.’s buried there. Paul might order some digging and give Victoria one last chance to come clean. He could argue that it’ll be better for her to confess before they unearth a shocker.

The Young and the Restless fans know Victoria tends to talk when she’s backed into a corner. She’ll know the jig will be up once the body’s discovered. Victoria’s claims about helping J.T. escape would be proven false. Paul would naturally assume she had something to do with J.T.’s untimely death.

However, it’s doubtful Victoria will sell out the rest of the cover-up crew. She feels responsible for dragging them into this mess, so she’d want to leave their names out of it. Plus, that’d be far too easy! Soaps always like to take the most complicated route and let revelations slowly trickle out.

Victoria may return to her plan of taking the fall for this mess. Sharon (Sharon Case) would want to preserve her relationship with Nick (Joshua Morrow), so she might be OK with that. Likewise, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) may not see any reason they all have to go down.

Of course, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) would be Victoria’s biggest obstacle. She vowed to protect her daughter, which is exactly what she did that night. Nikki would want to step up and take the blame here, but Victoria might think she has a better chance in court. Her lawyer can play up the abuse angle and score some sympathy. Victoria might have the best shot at getting off the hook for this crime.

How long could Nikki keep the secret? Could this set up a dramatic courtroom confession and shock all of Genoa City? The Young and the Restless spoilers say the excitement’s about to rev up!
