The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of May 14-18 tease that some jaw-dropping moments are ahead. First, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will tackle a task together. The police scanner app will reveal that J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbell) cell signal is back on the grid. That news will convince Nick and Phyllis to jump on a car. They’ll take off in hopes of solving this mystery ASAP.
Later, Phyllis and Nick will learn another crucial tidbit. They’ll find out that J.T.’s phone is moving toward Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) house. Naturally, Nick will freak over his sister’s safety. He’ll worry that J.T. has returned with the intention of harming Victoria, so he’ll want to stop this threat ASAP.
Of course, Phyllis won’t think that’s the case. She’ll believe J.T.’s dead and buried until she spots something shocking. Y&R’s weekly promo shows Phyllis and Nick closing in on a man in the distance. He’ll be wearing jeans and a gray hoodie, but his face won’t be exposed.
Nick will fully believe J.T.’s the guy they’re chasing. It appears Phyllis might think so, too. Although it’s possible Phyllis will simply play along, her reaction in the clip seems genuine. She’ll yell J.T.’s name and frantically urge him to stop. Perhaps Phyllis will think J.T. somehow escaped death and climbed from his grave.
However, there’s a good chance this is merely someone around the same height and build. The Young and the Restless spoilers for the rest of this week and beyond show no signs of an alive J.T. Once Paul (Doug Davidson) gets his hands on the phone, he’ll once again question Victoria. Paul will just want Victoria to tell him the truth.
Since Victoria will be backed into a corner, she’ll realize she has to give Paul something to work with. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will provide a mix of fact and fiction. She might admit that J.T. came over, but it’s doubtful she’ll confess to anything deadly.
Finally, Jack (Peter Bergman) will hit rock bottom. The DNA test results will confirm that he’s not John’s (Jerry Douglas) son, so that’ll be tough to handle. Jack throw back drinks and swallow pills as he battles the darkness. After he gets behind the wheel, Jack will lose control of his vehicle.
It looks like a shocking car crash is coming up. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details emerge. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.
