For your next two songs, just let it go.” Luke: “I think that you didn’t try to overdo that song, just watching you grow week to week and seeing your confidence grow has been great.” Lionel: “When we first met you, it was real! Now it is very clear that you are on your way to something huge, just enjoy this ride.”

Lacy Kaye Booth is singing, “The House That Built Me,” by Miranda Lambert and chosen by Bobby Bones.

I think it is so important that you give us grace and style.” Lionel: “Everyone once in a while you find a song that finds your character, that song fit you perfectly. You are a storyteller, your vocals were the best that I have heard. Keep focused on what you are about.” Katy: “The stakes are so high right now, it is at a fever pitch. The only way to win this show is taking chances, and you did that. The next two songs, take chances and you will make it.”

Alejandro Aranda is singing, “No Woman, No Cry,” by Bob Marley, chosen by Bobby Bones.

Judges Comments: Lionel: “There are words to describe you, I say do. You understand what it is to be an artist, you take everything and make it you. I am a fan of yours now.” Katy: “I just think I saw you in real time step into power. Judges Comments: Luke: “Those movements, in the end, were great, Katy levitated. Keep digging in, you interact more with the audience, but don’t get complacent.” Lionel: “With a voice like that, it is absolutely amazing how much you have grown. The last two notes that you hit were way out of the stratosphere.” Katy: “It is happening right now before our eyes, what you just show us at the end of the song was some crazy musical talent.”

Wade Cota is singing, “Rocket Man,” by Elton John.

You are doing something right and perfect, you are playing with the character. You turned that difficult song into something you were into.” Katy: “I love when you bring your character out, I know you are really funny. You just gave us the ketchup and the mustard.” Luke: “I think we have to focus on just how soulful, and the range of your voice.”

Judges Comments: Katy: “Did you go to a voice coach? It really shows you pushed yourself, it is paying off.” Luke: “You got this grave thing, but we heard you sing tonight.” Lionel: “Have you been in my closet? You crossed the line. We love all of you contestants like you are our own children.” Luke: “That was a complete visual into the future of your career. It was a beautiful rendition of that song from top to bottom.”
