Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will have a lot on her mind next week, January 7-11. She’ll have to consider Friday’s revelation about Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) role in a kidnapping. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) could’ve been injured or killed by raging Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher). Ciara won’t like that Ben put Gabi’s fate in the hands of dangerous man.
Since Hope Hernandez (Kristina Alfonso) is the dropper of this kidnapping bomb, she’ll be excited about a potential breakup. Hope will think Ciara will see things her way once she mulls everything over. Ben claims to be a changed man, but Ciara will have her doubts thanks to his latest stunt. He’s not a killer anymore, but he’s still capable of dark and twisted behavior.
Ciara will worry about Ben getting sucked into Stefan’s sinister world. The DiMera pull can be awfully strong. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will push Ben to quit his job, but he won’t want to give up this sweet gig – especially since Stefan is the only one in Salem who was willing to hire him.
If Ben resigns from this position, he might have to leave town. Ben would much rather stay with Ciara and give their future a shot. While Ciara considers her options, she’ll get advice from someone with plenty of Ben experience.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi) will learn Ciara and Ben are dating. She’ll obviously be taken aback by the big news and she may have a warning to pass along.
Ciara knows Abigail went through a lot thanks to her once crazy ex. Abigail may admit that Ben was sweet and charming at first. He made her feel loved and secure, but all that changed when jealousy drove him over the edge. It led to some sort of psychotic break, although it seems Ben already had mental issues buried under the surface.
Ciara will undoubtedly point out that Ben’s on his meds now and has been declared sane – even by Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Abigail knows what it’s like to cope with a mental illness, but that’s also thanks to Ben. He drove her to her breaking point, which let to her first stint in a sanitarium.
However, Abigail could have some mixed feelings here. She’s never going to get past everything Ben did or be on peaceful terms with him. At the same time, Abigail gets what it’s like when you’re better and no one will believe you. She may understand that part of Ben’s current struggles.
Ciara is Ben’s Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) in a way! Julie believed Abigail when nobody else would and now Ciara’s the only one who can put her faith in Ben. Sadly, that faith will be shaken thanks to the kidnapping drama and yet another bombshell.
DOOL spoilers say Ciara will pry the truth out of Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan). She’ll learn Ben and Claire were in cahoots to break up her relationship with Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). Ben ultimately bowed out of that partnership, but the fact that he didn’t it at all will be the last straw for Ciara.
Days fans can expect a breakup to drive Ciara off canvas for a while. She’ll end up visiting Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis) in South Africa, so Ben will be left brokenhearted back home.
