Days of Our Lives spoilers recap for “Last Blast Reunion” Chapter 1, Episode 4 reveal that Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) told Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) and Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) all about the night before at the Last Blast class reunion. Craig joked with Chloe about staying late and she revealed that she ended up going out for drinks with Phillip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson).
Nancy then warned about the risks of leading Phillip on, and Chloe explained that it wasn’t like that, and that Mimi Lockhart (Teressa Liane) was with them last night. Apparently, Mimi was her annoying self and kept inserting herself into the conversation and threw back several shots at the bar. Chloe said that she ended up leaving so that Mimi could throw herself at Phillip.
Meanwhile, in Mimi’s hotel room, Mimi woke up in a start, with Phillip standing by the bed. She chastised Phillip for scaring her, and Phillip chastised her for drinking so much last night. Turns out Phillip spent the night on the chair, just to make sure Mimi was ok. Phillip noted that his romantic interests lie elsewhere, and Mimi assumed that he was still interested in Belle Black (Martha Madison).
But Phillip revealed that the person he was interested in was actually Chloe, which disgusted Mimi, who warned him to stay away from “ghoul girl.” Phillip then had multiple flashbacks of himself and Chloe back in high school, including their first kiss and the first time he told her he loved her. Afterwards, he decided to go find Chloe and tell her how he feels about her. Mimi thought he shouldn’t waste his time.
Next, in their hotel room, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle prepared for their day. Shawn was all gruff, and Belle wanted to know what was wrong. Shawn wasn’t thrilled about Belle and Phillip’s hug the night before, and he noted how quickly Phillip had brought up his affair with Belle at the party. Belle shrugged it off, and the two ended on good terms before Shawn left to return to Hong Kong.
Once alone, Belle checked her tablet, read something, and then exclaimed “Oh, my God.” She called Chloe, who had just seen the news as well. Belle then stated that after they all left the reunion last night, Kevin Lambert (Chadwick Hopson) was murdered.
At Craig and Nancy’s apartment, Phillip walked in the open door, looking for Chloe. He called out for her, and then noticed her laying on the floor with a knife stuck in her abdomen. He walked over to her, horrified, with thoughts swirling about all their past moments together. He checked her pulse, but couldn’t find one.
Belle then arrived, saw the scene, and asked Phillip what happened. Phillip said that he found Chloe like this, and Belle immediately got on the phone to call 911. But Phillip said it was too late, and that Chloe was dead.
