Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that one NBC soap star is starting the new year off with great news. It hasn’t been that long since Farah Fath Galfond wrapped up her latest stint as Mimi Lockhart, which included plenty of baby drama for Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder). Now Fath has welcomed her real-life bundle of joy. New Year’s Eve brought a true reason to celebrate and Fath couldn’t be happier.
Fath’s son came just a little past his due date, but he was worth the wait. She posted some sweet pics on social media and shared updates with her fans. “This came out of me finally,” Fath said on Twitter. “Loving him lots.”
Fath also decided to spread the word on Instagram. The DOOL alum’s caption stated, “New Years Eve was a different kind of party this year.” Giving birth certainly isn’t most people’s idea of fun, but the end result was quite a baby bash! Fath welcomed her little one to the world just in time to welcome 2019. He’s definitely a cute way to kick off the new year.
The new photos also reveal the name Fath’s baby boy. Spencer Keith Galfond has clearly already stolen Fath’s heart. Many Days of Our Lives viewers were quick to comment on Fath’s pics and offer congratulatory messages. One fan said, “Congratulations! He is so handsome! Hope you are recovering quickly!” Another one gushed, “Awww adorable, New Year’s Eve baby!”
Fath will be pretty busy with her newborn for a while, so she probably won’t be headed back to Salem anytime soon. Of course, we should never say never on a return down the road. In the meantime, Days watchers can look forward to Rex’s comeback. He’ll shock Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), who’ll be closer than ever when he arrives next week.
Rey has been off bonding with Emily Brady, the daughter he shares with Mimi. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rex has done some soul-searching and learned a lot about himself. Now that he’s a dad, he wants to be a better man. Rex also wants to win back Sarah, so that’ll bring an interesting curveball for Eric and Sarah’s brewing romance.
