Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that one NBC soap star has a reason to celebrate. DOOL fans know Lamon Archey as Eli Grant in Salem. Eli’s all in on his relationship with Lani Price (Sal Stowers), so they may heal from the loss of their son and form a Days family one day.
In real life, Archey recently took steps to expand his fam. He was thrilled to reveal the newest member on Instagram though a great photo and caption. Archey’s family has adopted a “Cavapoo,” which is also known as a “Cavoodle.” This dog is a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a poodle. It certainly makes for an adorable blend of puppy features.
Archey proudly showed off his new pup with a pic of himself holding it. The caption said, “We added another member to the family!” Archey went on to thank the woman who made this addition possible. Joanie was the breeder who ensured Archey and his loved ones got the perfect match. He wrote, “She might be tired of me thanking her, BUT thanks again Joanie for choosing us as her new family!”
Archey even has a separate Instagram account for his new puppy. Omni was born on December 22 according to the first post. In another post, Archey offered a little more info about Joanie and the great work she does. He put in some serious time to make sure his dog adoption process went smoothly, and Joanie didn’t disappoint.
“I spent months searching for a knowledgeable and responsible breeder for my #cavapoo,” Archey said. “I’m so glad I found @rehbergerspuppyluv. I’ll try not to make this sound like a #yelp review (lol) but she genuinely cares about each puppy and wants nothing more for them but a loving home.”
It’s clear that Omni already means a great deal to this Days of Our Lives star, so it’s sweet that they found each other. Omni just has his first bath on February 21, which made for another fun pic on her special account.
