Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will face a horrible situation. After Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is shot and rushed to the hospital, his wife will be notified immediately. It won’t be long until Gabi’s at the hospital dealing with total heartbreak. There’ll ultimately be no hope for Stefan, which will put Gabi in the prime position to help an enemy.
DOOL fans know Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is fading fast. She was already in bad shape, but that second heart attack really did a number on her. Julie has even less time than before, so a heart transplant is more crucial than ever. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is no longer an option thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay), which is great for Kate and terrible for Julie.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Julie will slip into a state of unconsciousness and leave her loved ones fearful. They’ll worry the end is near, but Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will pray for a miracle. As for Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), he’ll see an opportunity and decide to take advantage of it. Eli will hate the dilemma this brings, but he won’t feel like he has much to lose here.
Gabi will be surprised when Eli comes to her and begs for a massive favor. It’s easy to see where this Days storyline is going. Since Stefan will be given such a grim prognosis, Eli will likely want Stefan’s heart for his grandma. He’ll understand that this is a brutal decision – and one that Gabi will have to make almost on the spot. Nevertheless, this may be Julie’s only chance at survival.
Eli will do his best to be compassionate as he pleads with his ex. Gabi won’t want to believe she’s really losing her love, but she’ll have to accept it. She should also view this as an opportunity to make things right. Gabi walked away from Julie, who desperately needed help after her heart attack in the park. She truly thought Julie was faking it, but that hasn’t stopped Gabi from facing major backlash.
Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest Gabi will sign off on Stefan being Julie’s heart donor, which should undo her mistake in a way. She’ll be giving Julie the gift of life, but it’ll mean bidding a tough farewell to dying Stefan. We’ll give you updates as other Days news comes in.
