Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Stefan DiMera’s (Tyler Christopher) feud with Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will heat up. This all started because Stefan was willing to let Abigail Deveraux’s (Kate Mansi) alter frame Gabi. Of course, Gabi returned the favor by duping Stefan about “Gabby” resurfacing and deceiving him about Charlotte DiMera’s paternity.
After that blew up, it was Stefan’s turn to torment Gabi. That kidnapping let to some shocking moments and Days fans couldn’t help but notice the chemistry. Gabi and Stefan actually have some sizzle! There’s a thin line between love and hate, so things should heat up as they declare an all-out war. Stefan hinted that revenge was a vicious cycle and that’s obviously true for these two.
However, it makes sense for passion to erupt out of all this. Gabi is a town pariah like Stefan now, so they have something in common. She’s also proven she can be vindictive and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. Those are qualities Stefan has and admires in others.
Plus, the real Gabi is the next best thing to Abigail’s alter version. Stefan was always clear about wanting “Gabby” instead of Gabi, but that’s only because Gabi was tamer back then. Now she’s even worse that “Gabby” was. There’s no reason why Stefan wouldn’t be attracted to Gabi when she’s this ruthless.
Gabi appreciates Abigail letting her off the hook, but it doesn’t seem like she regrets much deep down. The only thing Gabi really regrets is getting caught! Gabi certainly doesn’t have remorse about what she did to Stefan. She admitted she loved every second of the pain she caused him.
That pain has led to anger and that anger could lead to some wild hookups. Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Stefan and Gabi’s complicated love story will take shape. In fact, it looks like Stefan will propose down the road. In a new pic from on set, Gabi was spotted with some major bling at the DiMera mansion. It looks like she’s wearing either an engagement ring or a wedding ring.
Of course, Days of Our Lives films several months in advance. It’ll be a while before this story development plays out on screen. We also have to point out that Brandon Barash will take over the role of Stefan soon. Tyler Christopher took a leave of absence that became permanent, so Barash is officially Stefan. Since DOOL apparently stuck with the pairing, TPTB must see chemistry between them, too.
