Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that the cause of Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) tumor will bring grave concerns. Although the tumor is benign, it’s still a threat to Will’s health. His current treatment plan hasn’t helped and that’s because the tumor is a side effect of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum.
Will managed to get his memories back with that serum, but he knew it meant taking a risk. It’s not like a ton of research has been done on this. There may be several Salemites that have been raised from the dead, but it’s a pretty uncommon occurrence elsewhere! Dr. Rolf was the only real expert on the topic, but the diary he left behind fell into Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) hands.
Unfortunately, Will’s tumor won’t respond to treatment in the same way regular tumors would. That’s a problem since it’s pressing on a crucial part of Will’s brain. DOOL fans know Will’s already been moody and forgetful. His behavior will grow increasingly erratic as he waits for Dr. Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Dr. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to find answers.
During the week of May 20-24, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will get updates on Will’s dilemma. Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) may lean on John for support and share her fears about her grandson. She’ll just wish there was a way to get that diary back and figure this out. Days spoilers say John will want to help. He’ll offer to start a thorough search for that diary, so Marlena should be appreciative.
Obviously, that diary should be close by. John may not have to look far since Xander’s still in control of it. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will get busted on next week’s new episodes, May 20-24. He’ll be caught red-handed with something, so that could mean John or someone else will spot him with the diary.
Regardless, Dr. Rolf’s diary will indeed wind up with Sarah and Rex eventually. Once they’ve got it, Days of Our Lives spoilers state that they’ll face a different challenge: deciphering it. Dr. Rolf was a bit of a mad scientist, so his notes will be complex and difficult to even read. Rex and Sarah will work hard to assist Will, but they’ll definitely be fighting a tough battle.
