Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is creating mayhem in Salem again. However, there are more twists and turns to this character than fans realize. Recently, the actor discussed Xander’s feelings for Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
Xander and Eric do not have a good history. Not only are they complete opposites, but there is the issue of what happened to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Even though she died in a tragic accident, it is a direct result of Xander’s actions. If he hadn’t been involved and if Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) hadn’t forced her out of town, Nicole would probably still be alive.
Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm that Eric finds Xander and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) in bed together. This just makes things even sweeter for the Salem bad boy. When asked how Xander feels about his nemesis, Paul Telfer described Eric as a “party pooper.”
“He can’t stand Eric. He’s such a party pooper and he’s so boring. He’s so moralistic. He does all these evil things and just because he says sorry to God, he gets away with them.”
It is true that Eric has done some horrible deeds. However, his intentions were never to be evil. Eric has certainly paid for his sins and some things he will never forgive himself for. Plus, with Xander’s history and selfish motivations, he has no room to talk about “evil.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Xander is not just going to be focused on a few characters. He will have scenes with several, mixing it up with several different storylines. Don’t expect his reign of terror to be short-lived, that’s for sure.
