Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have second thoughts about a significant decision. Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) managed to win Sarah back, but that probably wouldn’t have happened without Sarah’s epic bedroom blunder. She made the mistake of sleeping with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), which infuriated Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
Sarah felt horrible about her betrayal and must’ve figured she no longer had a shot with Eric. She seemingly guilt-tripped herself into a reunion with Rex, but that’s no reason to reenter a relationship with somebody. Sarah will soon feel like she’s made a massive mistake. She’ll begin to have major doubts about Rex and his loyalty, which is understandable given his track record.
Rex slept with his ex, Mimi Lockhart, and knocked her up in the process. He didn’t know about the baby, but he was still willing to marry Sarah with the cheating secret hanging over them. Rex also hooked up with Noelle Curtis, Sarah’s own sister. Talk about a low blow!
To make matters worse, Rex never truly takes responsibility for his actions. He says he’s sorry, but he always offers a million excuses. Rex hasn’t really done anything to show that things will be different this time around. That’s probably why Sarah will fear she’ll face the same old heartache.
After doubts emerge for Sarah, Eric will step up for her as a friend. Of course, he wants it to be more. They’ve moved past all the Xander drama, so Eric would be open to a romance. Nevertheless, Eric will likely respect the appropriate boundaries for now. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric will just want to offer support and help Sarah deal with her growing concerns.
DOOL fans can expect Sarah and Eric to share a meal on a new Days episode during the week of February 18-22. They’ll head out to dinner and discuss what Sarah’s future with Rex could look like. Will Eric nudge Sarah away from his brother or toward him? Will he try to stay neutral and let Sarah make her own choice instead?
Regardless, Eric is obviously hoping Rex and Sarah’s relationship fails again. He’d like an opportunity to let himself love Sarah and receive her love in return. Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that we’re indeed inching toward a love story. However, Eric and Sarah are in for a big surprise once it actually happens. That’s because Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is alive and will return home!
Days viewers will want to see how Nicole’s comeback affects Eric’s love life. Will he toss Sarah aside to reunite with his true love? If Nicole has stayed away willingly, will that hinder an “Ericole” reunion? We’ll give you updates as other Days news comes in.
