Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will need more tests at the hospital. Dr. Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) still hasn’t nailed down an exact diagnosis, but he’ll work hard to get to the bottom of this. Dr. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will pitch in as well. After Will undergoes those tests we mentioned, Sarah and Rex will finally pinpoint the cause of Will’s medical issues.
Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will be by Will’s side as they await updates. Once Rex and Sarah walk in, the looks on their faces should suggest terrible news. Days of Our Lives spoilers say the engaged doctor duo will reveal what the problem is. Unfortunately, Will has a brain tumor. That’s what caused his mysterious headache followed by his shocking collapse.
Part of Will may at least be glad to know what he’s up against. However, another part of him will be terrified. Will managed to cheat death once before, but he’ll worry he can’t do it again. He finally has a chance at happiness with Sonny, so he’ll hate the idea of dying young and missing out on so many wonderful years together.
Nevertheless, Sonny will be Will’s rock throughout all this. Days of Our Lives spoilers say he’ll express total optimism. Sonny won’t want Will to start spiraling and imagining the worst-case scenario. After all, they won’t have all the facts yet. There’s certainly a chance this tumor could be removed and leave Will just fine.
Days spoilers hint that it may not be quite that simple, but there’ll surely be some soapy cure for Will. Freddie Smith posted a pic of Chandler Massey on set the other day. Massey was wearing something from Will’s typical wardrobe, so we know he was in character.
In that photo, Will looked perfectly healthy. He’s going to take Arianna Horton (Harper and Sydnee Udell) trick-or-treating this Halloween, so he’ll undoubtedly beat this brain tumor and move on with his life. Since Days films so far in advance, it’s hard for them to keep the outcome of medical storylines a secret. That’s certainly the case this time. DOOL fans can rest easy knowing that Will’s going to be OK.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say this story will be more about the journey and how it affects “WilSon.” Will’s relationship with Sonny should grow even stronger thanks to such a difficult ordeal.
