General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 30, tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will tell Julian Jerome (William deVry) about an interesting piece of mail. She’ll admit it’s a letter from Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), so Julian will wonder what the obsessed serial killer wants now. It turns out Ryan’s note will involve a very passionate declaration of his love – and perhaps an ominous promise.
Will Ryan vow to get Ava back or say something else that’ll leave Julian concerned? Regardless, Ava won’t look too worried, but maybe she should be! Based on Ryan’s comments at Pentonville, he’s bound to make his escape eventually.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will have some updates for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). He’ll point out that Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) offered him a permanent position at the PCPD. Jordan wants Mac to be the chief of detectives, so Felicia should be on board as long as Mac’s happy.
Something else that makes Mac happy is babysitting James West, which he’ll do along with Felicia on Friday. They’ll enjoy bonding with Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) son while Maxie enjoys some hot time with Peter August (Wes Ramsey). However, Peter’s secrets will start to weigh on him. He’ll eventually tell Maxie he’s responsible for everything that happened to Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Of course, it’s way too easy and early for Peter to just make a full confession. GH can get some good mileage out of this story if Peter keeps his Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) connection under wraps. There’s a good chance Maxie will misunderstand and Peter will ultimately downplay his role in the drama. His admission may end up being a very minor one.
Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll meet up with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) for a chat. Kristina will talk about how the timing of all this is too perfect, but her tone won’t seem serious. It’ll probably just be some sisterly ribbing about Sam and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) relationship.
Afterward, Sam and Kristina’s conversation will likely shift to Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). They’ll hope Shiloh stays locked up where he belongs, but he’s already working some angles to ensure his freedom. On Friday, Shiloh will spot someone and suggest she’s just the lady he’s looking for. Will that be Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) or somebody else Shiloh views as helpful?
Either way, it’s clear that big trouble’s brewing thanks to Shiloh’s twisted mind. When you throw in Nelle and Ryan, there’s bound to be some Pentonville chaos going on soon. In the meantime, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will argue with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). It sounds like Scott will have some concerns about talking Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) into the memory-mapping procedure.
If they can even get Franco interested enough to do it, there are no guarantees. Franco’s brain could be completely fried if things don’t pan out. Scott may object to that, but Liz might suggest they should at least talk to Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and explore this. She’ll contend that if Scott wants his son back, it’s the only way.
In Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) meadow, Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) will spend some time reflecting. It won’t be long until Franco shows up, which will lead to a kiss that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) witnesses. General Hospital spoilers say Cam will want to confront Franco and Kim, but he’ll be stopped by someone. It seems that someone may be Jason.
On Friday, Jason will berate Franco about the pain he’s causing. He’ll point out that he cares for Liz and her boys, so he can’t stand by and watch Franco hurt them. Jason will understand that Franco’s going through a lot, but he’ll feel like Franco should drop this Kim pursuit and stop causing issues. The truth is no matter how he feels, Franco isn’t Drew.
