General Hospital (GH) spoilers has some great news to pass on about a popular GH star. Laura Wright, who portrays Carly Corinthos on the ABC soap, recently shared a special message with her Instagram followers. She’s now a certified Master of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher!
Wright shared a photo of herself with her own Mediation Teacher along with the following message: “I can’t really can’t put into words what went down at the ‘Sweet Spot’ however I can tell you I am now a certified Meditation Teacher and forever grateful for my teacher the Master @davidjimeditation #lifeisbeautiful #itsuptoyou #itsreallyuptoyou #breathe.”
Then, a bit later, she shared a photo of herself sitting near the ocean on what looks to be an early morning with the following message: “This is how we started every morning at the nest while in training – This is my favorite picture from the week!!! Thank you @ewinklertherapy for the picture #sosograteful #lovemynewtribe #wewerevibbin #lifeisbeautiful #itsuptoyou.”

In response to Wright getting her Meditation Teacher certification, her co-star Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) replied: “Yay! Congratulations!” And her significant other Wes Ramsey (Peter August) replied: “YOU DID IT BABY!” Clearly, Laura has had a lot of support in her meditation journey, which is great.
Wright’s meditation practice is through David Ji, who is a renowned stress-management expert, corporate trainer, meditation teacher, and author.

David Ji has certified more than 200 meditation teachers all over the world through his Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher training, and now Wright is one of them! She’ll be able to teach and guide others through the practice of meditation and lead her own groups.
