General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) happiness will lie in Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hands. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will pass her tricky situation on to Michael, so he’ll have to make a choice whether he likes it or not. Michael was nervous about hearing Sasha’s confession. In the end, he even tried to put it off a bit longer.
However, Sasha felt like she had to do this now or she’d lose her nerve. She’ll indeed declare the truth in the episode airing Monday, September 16. Sasha will admit she’s not really Nina’s daughter, so Michael will wonder how that’s even possible. There have been several DNA tests and they all back up Sasha’s claims.
Of course, Sasha may mention that those can be faked. She’ll reveal that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is in the loop and point to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as the instigator of all this. Sasha may not blame Valentin too much by now. She sees the joy she’s brought to Nina’s life and feels that same joy in her own. Sasha genuinely wishes she were Nina’s biological child.
Alas, Sasha isn’t and that means she’s deceiving her fake mom. Michael won’t approve of that part at all. He’s a big believer in honesty, especially because Nelle was a lying, manipulative sociopath. Michael escaped the nightmare of dating a dishonest schemer, so he’ll be wary here. Even so, this is a completely different situation. Michael will obviously take the fact that Sasha came clean into account.
Plus, Michael will inevitably see that Sasha’s current motives are pure. Nina has bonded with Sasha, so it’d only bring harm to tell her the truth. Basically, Michael will hate that Sasha signed on for this, but he may understand why she can’t back out now. At the same time, Michael won’t like the idea of Sasha living a lie. He’ll think it’s pretty twisted that Nina was duped into believing this.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will hold Sasha’s fate in his hands. This is bigger than just their romance. Michael could destroy Nina’s world with four little words: Sasha isn’t your daughter. Will Michael utter those words or keep his mouth shut? It’ll likely be the latter since Michael telling Nina would be a lackluster big reveal.
