General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, September 9, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will bump into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), who’ll be spending some time with “Wiley Cooper-Jones.” Willow will wonder if Michael wants to know a secret, but her expression and tone will suggest it’s just something sweet. Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) the one keeping juicy details from Michael!
However, Michael will point out something interesting during this chat. He’ll make an observation that could seem trivial on the surface, but it might mean something to fans in the loop on the baby swap. Perhaps this will involve Michael feeling fatherly or suggesting “Wiley” looks how he’d imagine Jonah Corinthos would look if he’d survived.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll drop by Charlie’s Pub for a meeting with Julian Jerome (William deVry). Sonny will insist Julian has something he wants and he’s willing to pay for it. Before they can complete whatever transaction Sonny has in mind, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will arrive. He’ll be rattled over Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and even more rattled when he spots Sonny.
This will lead to a major confession after Sonny makes his exit. Brad will come clean about Liesl’s threat, which will lead to the revelation that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was the woman he switched babies with. General Hospital spoilers say Julian will reel when he realizes Brad and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) are raising Sonny’s grandchild! He definitely won’t be happy about this shocking development.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will grow increasingly concerned about Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) predicament. She won’t want Franco to bolt after that ankle monitor comes off and neither will Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). General Hospital spoilers say Scott will focus on a new plan that involves Sonny. He’ll make his pitch and suggest that Sonny may be his only hope.
Next, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will discuss Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) missing plane. They’ll talk about Drew being the only passenger and ponder what really happened to that jet. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will do the same during a conversation with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). He won’t think it’s a coincidence that Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) was stabbed while Drew’s plane was busy vanishing.
In the ICU, GH fans can expect a couple visitors for Andre. It looks like Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will be one, so she may want to discuss Andre’s meeting with Drew. Liz will also stop by to deliver a heartfelt plea. She’ll ask if Andre can bring Franco back, so he may promise he intends to try. Andre can’t make any guarantees about the memory reversal working, but he’ll want to give things a shot for Liz’s sake.
Back with Monica, she’ll show up at Franco’s hotel room and leave him puzzled. Franco will wonder what it is that Monica wants from him, but it’s probably just a heart-to-heart. Monica will have questions about Drew’s life, so Franco may provide them. She’ll undoubtedly reiterate that they never knew Drew existed until the reason Jason’s return to Port Charles.
Monica will realize it’s a tricky situation, so she’ll try to handle it with care – even though she’ll be staring in Franco’s eyes, not Drew’s.
