General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some conflict and chaos are on the way. During the week of September 30-October 4, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will face another predicament. Nurse Sheri (Jerin Forgie) decided to be a little snitch and tell the police commissioner what she overheard. Sam deserves a medal for killing Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), but she’s about to get arrested instead!
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will feel she has no choice, but Sam will have to get off the hook eventually. GH won’t let her go down for the disgraced cult leader’s murder. Over with Julian Jerome (William deVry), he’ll get some heartbreaking news. That could be another blow courtesy of Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) or it could mean Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will find a loophole and keep the pub deal in place.
It’s kind of bizarre that Olivia is so passionate about this, but she seems willing to play dirty for the place. Perhaps Julian and Olivia should just go into business together! That’d make for some interesting drama, but we’ll see how things go. In the meantime, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will await updates on their baby. They’ll play a difficult waiting game and hope their child’s condition isn’t too severe.
General Hospital spoilers say Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will pay Carly a visit eventually. He’ll want Carly to feel loved and supported as she goes through this ordeal. Jax and Sonny may have their issues, but they can agree on caring about Carly. If there’s anything Carly needs at all, Jax will be happy to help.
Over with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll be desperate to help Sam out of her jam. Jason will speak with Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), so he may wonder if there’s anything Dev left out that might help build Sam’s case. It’d be worth a shot to talk to Dev again and see if any new info comes to light. There’s no guarantee it’d help Sam, but Jason will just be looking for any way to assist his love.
Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) might be able to pitch in somehow as well. He’ll get to work for Sam’s sake during the week of October 7-11, so maybe Jason will recruit him for this. Spinelli would do anything to make sure Jason and Sam keep their happily ever after intact.
At Pentonville, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will pop in to see Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). That could be a mistake since Ryan’s clearly still obsessed with Ava. He’ll seek help from someone later, which could mean his escape plot with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will finally happen. Reliable GH spoilers have been pointing in this direction for months now, so it’s time to get this getaway in motion.
Elsewhere, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will have Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) back. Will Sasha finally be ready to drop the fake daughter bomb? Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will face a curveball soon after, so we’ll see if Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) ends up stuck in the mess he created.
