General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, December 26, teases that some hot drama’s on the way. We should mention that new episodes won’t air on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but Thursday will pick up where the drama left off last Friday. Monday’s U.S. episode was a standalone holiday special, so that’s why things got a little out of order. Now let’s discuss all the action happening this Thursday!
First, there’ll be more trouble at Turning Woods. Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will be there to take Mike Corbin on an outing to the track, so Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) won’t be pleased. However, things will take another tense turn when Mike realizes Yvonne Godfrey (Janet Hubert) is gone.
Mike will start ranting about how they took his wife – and when Marcus Godfrey (Nigel Gibbs) appears, Mike will accuse him of stealing Yvonne. After Sonny handles his dad, he’ll speak with Marcus about Yvonne’s rapid decline. Marcus had her hospitalized and equipped with a feeding tube, but Gladys will pipe up that it’s a mistake. She’ll anger Sonny by butting in, but she’ll explain the importance of dying with dignity.
Gladys will admit she fought hard to help a friend who was battling Alzheimer’s. She wanted her pal to leave this world in peace. Marcus will promise to bring Yvonne back to Mike before he exits. As for Gladys, Mike will think she should join their holiday celebration. He’ll push Sonny to give her an invite.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will notice Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seems distraught. She’ll admit the link she found between Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and the gunman he killed. They both worked for a DVX front called EuroTech at the same time, so that’s obviously cause for concern.
Finn will ask what Anna’s going to do now that she knows, but she’ll be hesitant to do anything at all. However, Finn will argue that Anna needs to discuss this with the cops or at least Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). He’ll feel like Peter could go after someone else if Anna stays silent.
Suddenly, Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) will come running over with questions about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). She’ll wonder if her mommy’s going to be back in time for Christmas, so Anna will offer a holiday stocking distraction. When that doesn’t work, Finn will have to tackle the situation head-on. He’ll promise Violet that her mommy loves her and must’ve had a good reason for leaving.
Next, Finn will offer a gift that he claims came from Hayden. It’ll give Violet something to do while he gets back to his Peter argument with Anna. Finn will be convinced that if Anna doesn’t act on what she knows, more lives could be lost.
At GH, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will gush over “Wiley Cooper-Jones” (Erik and Theo Olson) in the hall. She’ll ask Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) if she can hold him, but Willow will seem reluctant. Nevertheless, Willow will start to hand “Wiley” over before Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) stops her.
He’ll blast the guard for letting Nelle wander over there, but Nelle will go on and on about how much Jonah Corinthos would’ve loved Christmas. General Hospital spoilers tell us that stopping Nelle from holding her son will come back to haunt Michael.
As for Willow, she’ll be glad Michael showed up to intervene. Willow won’t understand how Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) could be friends with someone so manipulative. Speaking of Brad, he’ll waltz over soon after and hold “Wiley.” Michael and Willow will assure Brad that they’ll pitch in with “Wiley” anytime he needs them.
Over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll continue to praise Peter August (Wes Ramsey) for being a hero and saving Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery). Maxie will want the person who ordered the hit to get busted. She’ll insist Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) won’t rest until he cracks this case, which will leave Peter looking unnerved.
Meanwhile, Julian Jerome (William deVry) will run into Brook Lynn Ashton (Amanda Setton). They’ll talk about Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) briefly before the conversation shifts to Leo Falconeri (Aaron Bradshaw. Brook Lynn will offer to show Julian pics from when Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) was keeping Julian at a distance. Julian will look at the Leo photos and suggest it was possibly the best present he could get.
Afterward, Maxie and Brook Lynn will have a little run-in. Brook Lynn will think Peter’s got his work cut out for him with this one! After Brook Lynn stomps off, Maxie will let Peter know that Brook Lynn’s quite the troublemaker. At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will be horrified all the changes there. She’ll be left in total shock over the new color scheme and all the redecorating.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will reel over Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) revelation. Liz recently admitted Franco slept with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), so he’ll be in disbelief at first. He’ll eventually grow angry and want to confront Kim, but he’ll learn that Kim left town. Liz won’t want Franco to beat himself up over something he did when he wasn’t in his right mind. She’ll make it clear that she trusts in Franco’s deep love for her.
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Jake Webber (Hudson West) will join them soon enough, so the “Friz” fam will share some warm moments. Aiden Webber’s (Jason David) in Ireland with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) this year, but the rest of the gang will enjoy having Franco back where he belongs.
