General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, September 5, tease that Julian Jerome (William deVry) will have a tense encounter with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). When Franco appears at Charlie’s Pub, it the guys will get a bit territorial over Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). Thanks to Franco’s hints, Julian will wonder if something might’ve happened between them.
Kim will approach with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and handle the drama as best as she can. She’s committed to Julian, but Franco has been awfully pushy. He has Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories, so he feels like the man Kim fell in love with. Franco’s doing whatever he can to convince Kim he’s indeed that man – at least in the ways that count.
At home, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will drop a betrayal bomb on Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). He’ll reveal that he spotted Franco making out with Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) mom in the park. Cam will be concerned about Franco locking lips with Kim where anyone could see. He’ll be protective for his mother’s sake, but Liz will keep a good attitude on Thursday.
Liz knows Franco would still be committed to her if he could remember their life together. She won’t hold this incident against him, but what about Kim? Liz may go easy on her friend if Cameron shares her side of the story. Kim was adamant that nothing more could happen. She insisted Franco’s place was with the “Friz” family, so Liz may appreciate that.
Even so, Liz can tell Kim’s developing feelings for Franco. She’ll fret about what’s ahead if Franco keeps up his efforts to win Kim over. Over with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), she’ll be stunned when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) considers adopting Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will offer legal advice on the matter, but this is something Carly and Sonny really needs to discuss in depth.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will shake things up. She’ll manage to rile Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so he’ll deliver a warning. Liesl knows about Valentin’s fake daughter scheme, but he won’t want her blowing it. Valentin will argue that he’s taking Liesl down with him if she causes trouble. Despite the threat, Liesl will carry out a drastic plot in Thursday’s episode.
At GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have a baffling case to crack. He’s been brought up to speed on Andre Maddox’s (Anthony Montgomery) stabbing, so he’ll ponder who the attempted murderer might be. Who wants Andre dead? Peter August (Wes Ramsey), that’s who!
Of course, Jason will remain in the dark on the hit Peter ordered. He’ll just have to keep contemplating along with Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York). They’ll all hope for some clues soon, especially since Drew is still missing.
In Andre’s room, Peter will linger by his bed and wonder what he’s supposed to do now. Letting Andre live is risky. He could spill info that Peter would rather keep quiet, so Peter may think about getting rid of him. It wouldn’t be too hard to finish the job.
However, killing Andre right there in GH is also risky. Peter may prefer to wait this out and hope Andre still succumbs to his injuries. There’s also a chance somebody will interrupt and prevent Peter’s deadly plans. No matter how this plays out, Peter will remain worried and Andre will seemingly stay alive…for now.
