General Hospital (GH) spoilers review for Tuesday, November 19, reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was stunned to see Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) at the hospital, since he was supposed to be going away with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). Franco revealed the childhood story that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) told him, and he noted that he owed “Bobby” something for giving him a good life.
Elizabeth wanted to know about Kim, and Franco said that Kim needs time to heal, and that he can’t help her with that. Franco stated that he (as “Drew Cain”) owes it to Franco to give him his life back, and that he wanted to have the memory reversal procedure done. Elizabeth was quite emotional and thanked “Drew” for making this sacrifice.
Meanwhile, the judge ruled that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was not guilty of murder in the first degree, but that she was guilty of manslaughter and negligent homicide. The judge explained by saying that she was not persuaded that Sam acted in self-defense, and that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was more than capable of defending himself and could have subdued Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) alone.
The judge then moved right into the sentencing phase, with the DA asking for the maximum sentence and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) asking for leniency due to Sam helping the guard after Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) attacked her. Ultimately, the judge sentenced Sam to two years in prison, with the chance that she could get early parole and serve the remainder of her sentence on probation or parole.
Next, Brook Lynn Ashton (Amanda Setton) talked with Julian Jerome (William deVry) in Charlie’s Pub, which Julian had closed early. Brook Lynn listened and offered a little advice – namely that Julian terminate his partnership with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Then Julian tried to pay Brook Lynn for her time, which peeved her and she left.
Brad then came to the door of the pub, upset and wanting to talk with Julian. He had just had a colossal fight with Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) at GH over the same old issues, and Brad wanted a confidante, but Julian refused to let him in, and Brad looked absolutely exasperated and terrified about the state of his marriage.
Finally, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) opened a package that Olivia received from the WSB. Turns out, it was all the letters that Olivia had sent to Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) over the past months, returned and unread, along with a note from Dante saying “Mom, stop sending me letters.” Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) joined them and helped to comfort Olivia, when suddenly Brook Lynn burst in the room, shocking Ned.
