General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the mystery of Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) past will unravel. Could Drew have been forced into the brain mapping procedure? Did he go through with it to save his unborn child? It’s an interesting possibility to consider now that we’ve seen some of those Afghanistan flashbacks.
Drew had a friend named Tex that died in Afghanistan, and he knew about Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). Could he have known about Kim’s pregnancy as well? Tex is the person who supposedly told Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) about Drew’s relationship with Kim. Perhaps Tex knew Kim in San Diego, especially since she talked about running in the same social circle as Drew there.
Could Kim have told Tex about the pregnancy but not Drew? Could Tex have told Shiloh about the baby? Since General Hospital took the time to mention Tex, he might become an important part of this storyline.
Drew Cain Had Planned To Send Shiloh Archer To Prison
After Drew discovered Shiloh’s shady business, Drew planned to turn him in and put stop to his criminal activity. Shiloh knew Drew was going to get him sent to prison, and treason is a crime punishable by death in some cases. Since Shiloh became determined to stop Drew one way or another, and Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) may have been his saving grace.
Shiloh would’ve been more than eager to hand Drew over and get him into this memory-mapping procedure. What better way to take care of the problem than to have Drew forget his crimes? However, we know Shiloh’s after money that he believes he’s owed. It’s undoubtedly money that Shiloh believes Drew knocked him out of getting.
Maybe Shiloh never received his money from turning Drew over to Faison. Of course, it could also be money that he was supposed to receive for not going after Kim and the baby. Tex might’ve spilled the pregnancy bombshell or Kim could even be lying about never telling Drew. After all, Drew can’t remember and verify her story.
Was Drew Cain Drugged And Had Procedure Against His Will?
Then again, Shiloh could mean the money he would’ve received from selling fuel to the enemy. Drew shut down his operation, so he may think it’s time to pay up. Regardless, we know GH will have to reveal more about what went down as far as the memory mapping goes. Drew wouldn’t have signed on for the procedure without a good reason.
It’s possible Drew was drugged and had it done against his will, but what if he actually made the decision to do it? If Shiloh somehow convinced Drew that Kim and his baby would be in danger, Drew might’ve felt he had no choice.
Shiloh certainly reeled Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Stitt) in before his death. He seemed eager to target Drew’s son, so that might’ve been a hint that Shiloh knew about Oscar before he was even born. Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers say some stunning twists and turns are ahead.
