General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, December 11, tease that Julian Jerome (William deVry) will continue to battle guilt over his actions. GH fans know Julian messed with the brakes on Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) car, but he didn’t anticipate Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) getting injured behind the wheel. Now Lucas is in a coma and facing potential brain damage, so Julian feels responsible.
On Wednesday, Julian will tell someone that it’s all his fault. Will Ava Jerome (Maura West) track Julian down and hear his confession? Ava’s one of the few people who wouldn’t judge Julian for his mistakes, so she’d be a good person for him to confide in. Of course, it’s also possible Julian will tell someone else he blames himself without revealing the details of his deadly plot. Either way, Julian will be deeply remorseful for the situation he’s put Lucas in.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and Olivia Quartemaine (Lisa LoCicero) will reflect on Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) issues. Olivia will admit she’d do anything to be able to help Dante, and Lulu will be right there in the same boat. Dante and Lulu may be divorced, but there’s still a lot of love in Lulu’s heart. She’ll understand how helpless Olivia feels since she’s felt the same way for so long.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will grill his secretive daughter. He became concerned and curious after someone harassed Brook Lynn Ashton (Amanda Setton) over the phone. However, the fact that Brook Lynn even showed up at all is suspicious. Ned can tell there’s more the story when it comes to Brook Lynn’s return to town.
It looks like Brook Lynn will keep trying to downplay the drama, but Ned will remain worried. He’ll wonder what could go so wrong, so fast. Brook Lynn will be in a pretty tight spot, but Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) got her own predicament to worry about. At Pentonville, Nelle will summon Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) and insist he has to get her out of there immediately.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is Nelle’s new cellmate, so that may be part of why Nelle’s growing impatient. Nelle gives as good as she gets, but it’s clear that Sam gets on her nerves. She may be hopeful that she can be one of the early releases Laura Webber (Genie Francis) was talking about.
Laura mentioned that several inmates were set to walk free within the next few weeks due to overcrowding. Nelle probably wouldn’t be considered under normal circumstances, but she may remind Martin of all the money that’s at stake here. She’s promised to pay Martin handsomely if he comes through for her, so she may hope he can work his legal magic and get her to the top of the release list.
It seems Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) already found herself there since she’ll be a free woman on Wednesday. Harmony will surprise Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so they’ll have a lot to talk about. The topic of “Wiley Cooper-Jones” (Erik and Theo Olson) will come up, which will lead Willow to proclaim that “Wiley” is not Harmony’s grandson.
Naturally, Willow won’t know how true that statement is! “Wiley” isn’t the kid Willow gave birth to, but she’s not in the loop on that just yet. It appears Willow will just be pushing Harmony to back off a bit. She may argue that “Wiley” belongs to Lucas and Brad now, so they have to respect boundaries.
As for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll fret about “Wiley” potentially losing one of his fathers. Michael will hate the idea of Lucas never being able to watch “Wiley” grow up. Since Michael’s always there for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) when she needs a pep talk, she’ll do the same for her big brother. Josslyn will assure Michael that Lucas is going to fight for his life. She’ll think they just have to have faith and count on Lucas to do whatever it takes to come back to his family.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll be in a great deal of pain. Sonny’s wrestling with the thought of losing Mike Corbin (Max Gail), so the stress and sorrow will take a toll on Wednesday. As Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) tries to nudge Sonny toward acceptance, she’ll be alarmed by his outraged response.
Wednesday’s GH preview video shows Sonny shouting, “I’m not going to sit around and watch my father die!” Sonny may hold out hope that the study Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) mentioned will be helpful to Mike. He’s just desperate for a miracle that’ll give him a little more time with his dad.
