General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of August 5-9 tease that we’ll see some heated confrontations and major shockers. First, let’s talk about Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). She’ll corner Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) soon, so it sounds like it’ll be about her dip into the harbor. Liesl may accuse Brad of hurling her overboard that night on The Haunted Star.
However, Liesl will ultimately agree to keep quiet about Brad and Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) big secret – at least for now. She’s saving that bombshell for a rainy day. In the meantime, some terrible news is headed Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) way. She’ll likely lean on Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan for support, which could lead to an even stronger connection between these two.
Their scenes trapped in the elevator seemingly marked a turning point. General Hospital spoilers say a near kiss is coming up in the week ahead, so they’ll build on those heartfelt moments they shared. Over with Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), he’ll abduct Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and lock her in a freezer. Then, Shiloh will summon Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to offer him a choice.
GH viewers can expect Shiloh to spell it all out for Jason. He’ll suggest that Jason will have to consent to the memory procedure and help him figure out where his money is. If Jason refuses, Shiloh will likely suggest Sam’s not going to make it out of this alive. The trouble is Jason isn’t a qualified memory-mapping candidate due to his old brain damage. He may worry that’ll cost Sam her life.
Fortunately, we know Sam’s going to survive this ordeal. Drew Cain (Billy Miller) will leap into action with a little help from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). They’ll do their best to stop Shiloh’s evil plot, but Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will get caught in the middle of the mayhem. It looks like Shiloh may end up using Franco as the brain he needs to imprint.
Franco isn’t Drew’s twin, but what else can Shiloh do? He may trust that the procedure has come a long way and can work with Dr. Arthur Cabot’s (Time Winters) expertise. Meanwhile, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will go on an apartment hunt. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will be there to guide Sasha through the process, so Sasha should appreciate that. She’ll be eager to officially plant roots in Port Charles.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha will open up to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) later. Perhaps Sasha will talk about how hard she’s falling for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Sasha may fear that the other shoe’s just waiting to drop – and it is thanks to her scheme with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
