General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will look forward to a bright future together. Liz faced some tough moments as she waited for Franco to come back to her, but she never gave up on him. Franco promised he’d return to Liz, so she always held out hope that he’d keep that promise.
Now Franco is back to his old self – although he’s still got a lot to catch up on. GH fans know there are two things in particular that Franco needs to know. One is that while he was living as “Drew Cain,” he slept with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) and at one point wanted to build a life with her.
As painful as that revelation will be, Franco deserves to know the depth of Liz’s love. She endured plenty of heartache, but she always understood that Franco wasn’t in control of his own actions. Franco will feel terrible about what Liz went through, but it’s only going to make their love stronger in the end.
Of course, Franco will also hear about the real Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) presumed death. He’ll lean on Liz as he copes with all this, but this should be the last of the “Friz” devastation for a while. General Hospital spoilers say better days are ahead, so we have to wonder what Franco and Liz’s next chapter will be.
After all, GH will want to keep “Friz” in the action. Liz and Franco will need a story that’s not too heavy, but more than just happy fluff. General Hospital can get by with the fluffy stuff for a month or two, but they’ll eventually need to move on and deliver another hot plot. There’s one shocker that would really fit the bill and that’s adding a baby in the mix.
If Liz were to get pregnant, that’d be a fun curveball for these two to tackle. It’d be great if Liz and Franco could have a little girl to complete their family. They’re naturally satisfied raising Liz’s boys, but adding a daughter would thrill most of the “Frizzies” out there.
It’s about time for General Hospital to get another bun in the oven, especially since Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) pregnancy turned out to be a false alarm. Willow and Liz work together at GH, so there’d be a good opportunity here. You can bet Willow would struggle if she learned Liz was going to welcome a bundle of joy. It’d remind Willow of how much she longs to be a mother and could complicate things even further.
Bottom line, Franco and Liz will need another storyline soon and a baby bombshell might be a nice option. Would you like to see “Friz” welcome a family addition?
