Mike B. wakes up to a young man in his house. He is yelling out Delta. Mike threatens him with a bat. The man tases him with a taser. The man jumps on Mike’s chest.
The next day, Russell tells Liz and the team that Mike B. was attacked by a crazy college drop out but he will be all right. Meanwhile, Stevie cancels plans with her boyfriend. She is swamped at work. He surprises her with dinner at the office.
Liz and the team watch a maniac on TV talk about Delta and Mike B. The man, Sean Olsen, is into conspiracy theories and says Mike has brain poisoning.
Liz and Henry welcome a foreign president, Mr. Choy. While sitting with him and his wife a fake video leaked by Sean Olsen hits the web and causes a stir. Liz cannot believe it. She never said anything in the video about Choy.
Liz sits down with Choy and explains she did not say any of those negative things in the video. He understood but they will have to put a pause on the trade agreements. This throws a major wrench into Liz’s plans.
Dmitri calls Stevie to invite her to have drinks with a couple of his friends. It is a going-away party for him. He is leaving D.C. soon. This upsets her a little but she doesn’t share her feelings.
Russell and Mike sit down with a woman whose forum hosts the video of Liz talking about Choy. They ask her to take down the video but she won’t.
She tells them its about free speech. Meanwhile, Stevie shows up to say goodbye to Dmitri. She cannot believe he was leaving. He just became a citizen.
Henry comes home to find Liz watching the video. She thinks she knows why the site gets so many hits – the videos are addicting and they draw people in. She wants to regulate media like this. The next day, she tells Mike and Russell. They think this is all a bad idea. She will look like a dictator.
Henry goes on a fun trip with the pop star wife of President Choy. She gets him to take selfies. Stevie confides in Blake about Dmitri, without sharing his name. She is torn about what to do. Russell talks to some senators about Liz and her plans to regulate media like Yourvid. He tells him to reach out to Hanson, the man who is running the hearings against Liz. He can help. Russell can’t believe it. They send the VP to have dinner with Hanson.
Hanson isn’t Liz’s biggest fan. He thinks she is a threat. He makes that clear at dinner with the VP who doesn’t know what to do with this situation. The next day, Mike works to get two senator democrats on his side when it comes to digital media regulations. It doesn’t go well.
Stevie shows up to talk to Dmitri at his house. She is confused. Suddenly he kisses her and she kisses him back, heading into his home.
Liz and Henry attend a social event with the Choys. Liz uses her time to talk to the woman that runs Yourvid. Mike uses his time to get Choy’s pop star to sign an autograph for him. The next day, Liz and Choy sign the trade agreement. At the function, the VP tells Hanson that 68% of Americans are against impeachment. Hanson will keep trying. Blake and the others watch a video of Sean Olsen on Yourvid as he freaks out on someone who took his parking spot.
Stevie and Dmitri share some time in bed. He is planning to stay after all.
