The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that the CBS soap will take some crazy turns in the coming months. Bradley Bell, B&B’s head writer and executive producer, talked about what’s ahead in an interview with Soap Opera Digest. He made some huge promises to fans, so let’s hope the show delivers!
For starters, Bell gave an overview of what to expect. “B&B has everything to get you through the summer: romance, love triangles, family bonds, rivalry, secrets and this year, a real thriller,” Bell teased. “The birth and swap of Hope’s baby that started on Catalina Island takes a dark twist before we see the light.”
Many Bold and the Beautiful fans are ready for Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) to learn the real story, but this whole thriller idea does sound interesting. Perhaps B&B will make it worth the wait. Now that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is home, the storyline can really heat up the way it should. They were at a serious disadvantage without the adoptive mom in the picture.
Fortunately, Steffy’s back to stay and that means things are about to spiral out of control. Bell assured viewers that Hope will indeed learn Beth is alive down the road. He’s just got some chaos he wants to play out beforehand. Bell talked about some new villains and secret-keepers shaking things up this summer. It should be interesting to see the pressure rise as we build toward some bombshells.
Bell indicated that the “Phoebe Forrester” (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) story will spread to include more characters. In fact, it’ll include everyone! Bell insisted that “the entire cast of characters becomes involved, and there will be an incredible cliffhanger. Oh, and not everyone may make it out alive.”
That cliffhanger definitely sounds like it’ll bring a shocker. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the show will hopefully leave us all on the edge of our seats. Bell has that goal in mind, and that’s why he’s really going for it with this thriller baby story conclusion.
