The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, December 13, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will show fierce determination. B&B fans know Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) insisted he’s done with all his manipulation. He tried to convince Liam that he isn’t going to make any more trouble for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but Liam understandably finds it hard to believe.
It’s great that Liam’s suspicious because Thomas is absolutely lying. He has every intention of securing a future with Hope and pushing Liam out of the picture. Thomas is just trying to be smarter and subtler this time around. He’s shifting his strategy, but Liam can thankfully see right through Thomas and his constant deception.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will reach out to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for help. He’ll have a plan in mind, which he’ll hope will back Thomas into a corner. Liam will want to prove Thomas’ motives aren’t as pure as he’d like for everyone to believe. He’ll think Thomas’ new-and-improved act is just that – an act.
Steffy will listen to Liam’s pitch and admit Thomas still seems obsessed with Hope. She’ll get why Liam’s fearful after everything Thomas has done, so she’ll agree to join forces. B&B fans can expect Liam and Steffy to go after the truth. They’ll want to prove Thomas’ real agenda and make sure he doesn’t cause any more pain.
Meanwhile, Thomas will focus on a different plot. He’ll get back to his Hope scheme eventually, but he’ll want to concentrate on Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) for now. Thomas will worry that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could get back together with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Divorce papers or no divorce papers, there’s a strong bond that could tie “Bridge” together forever.
That’s why Thomas will track down Shauna and push her to make a move. Thomas will rev up the pressure and urge Shauna to get with Ridge while she still can. Naturally, he’ll do some trash-talking when it comes to Brooke. Thomas will assure Shauna that she has a real shot with Ridge, but she has to work fast and prevent a “Bridge” reunion.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Shauna may put up a fight. She wants to be patient and give Ridge the space he needs to process everything. Still, there could be part of Shauna that’s tempted to move things along. She’s crazy about Ridge, so she’ll certainly have a lot to mull over.
Ridge will give Brooke another chance to patch things up next week, which could mean Shauna won’t take Thomas’ advice – at least not right now. We’ll give you updates as other B&B news comes in.
