The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, July 5, tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will be absolutely stunned. As B&B viewers know, she, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) were watching fireworks when Douglas innocently asked her to marry his daddy and be his new mommy.
Hope was surprised to say the least, and Thomas acted all innocent, like he didn’t know that Douglas was going to propose. But as B&B viewers know, Thomas orchestrated the whole scenario and even coached Douglas on what to say and how to say it.
On Friday’s episode, look for Hope to react to Douglas’ sweet proposal. According to ongoing B&B spoilers, she won’t say yes right away, but she won’t turn Douglas down, either. Look for Hope to diplomatically say that she needs to think about this very important decision. She won’t want to hurt Douglas’ feelings, so she’ll need to delicately handle the situation.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Friday, July 5, Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) will find himself with a lot on his mind. His conscience has been in deep turmoil ever since he found out that Hope and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) daughter Beth Spencer was alive. But once Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) ended up dead after learning the secret, his guilt started turning to anger.
Xander strongly feels that Thomas had something to do with Emma’s death, and as B&B viewers know, he’s spot on. Thomas played a big part in Emma’s car accident when he chased and tailgated her before her car ran off the road. Xander thinks that Thomas is hiding something, and so on Friday’s episode, he’ll take action.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Xander will decide he needs some help in finding out what Thomas is hiding. He’ll go to Forrester Creations’ head of security, Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) for help. Exactly what he’ll ask Charlie to do remains to be seen, but it might have something to do with tracking Thomas’ whereabouts the night of Emma’s accident.
At any rate, look for Xander and Charlie to team up and do some sleuthing. Of course, it’s doubtful that Xander will tell Charlie exactly why he’s looking into Thomas. Xander won’t want to spill the whole story about Beth, her adoption, and his suspicions about foul play on Thomas’ part, so he’ll probably have some cover story for Charlie.
